Cyber Aliens offers web design, branding, and WordPress development services. All services are provided under specific project agreements or proposals shared with the client.

3. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, graphics, and code created by Cyber Aliens during a project remain our intellectual property until full payment is made. Upon full payment, project-related IP will be transferred to the client unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

4. Payments & Refunds
Payments for services are due as outlined in the individual project proposal or invoice. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not issued once work has commenced.

5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, website downtime, or loss of business. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
